• Using our services to compete with our business or develop competing services

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methodologies, and materials provided through our consultation services remain the intellectual property of morivalenthos and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our consultation materials without explicit written permission

User-Generated Content

Information you provide during consultations and through our client portal is considered user-generated content subject to the following terms:

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment of subscription fees.

Upon termination, access to consultation services and client portal will cease, though certain data retention obligations may continue as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms
